2. Permitted Use

STASH is a personal utility intended for bookmarking, organizing recipes and workout routines, and in-app streaming and viewing of publicly accessible media for your private, non-commercial use.

3. Third-Party Platforms & YouTube API Services

You acknowledge that STASH does not host or own third-party media content. All intellectual property rights in social media posts, videos, or recipes remain with their respective creators.

STASH uses YouTube API Services (including the YouTube Data API v3 and YouTube Embedded Player) to enable users to view public video metadata and access embedded video playback within their personal vault.

By using STASH's YouTube-enabled features, you explicitly agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms).

Your use of YouTube-enabled features is also governed by the Google Privacy Policy (https://www.google.com/policies/privacy).

STASH accesses only publicly accessible YouTube video metadata (such as video titles, channel names, thumbnails, and Made-for-Kids classification flags) in accordance with YouTube Developer Policies. STASH does not collect, store, or share private YouTube user credentials or account data.

4. Purchases & Subscriptions

Any premium features or subscriptions are managed strictly according to Google Play’s terms and payment policies.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. STASH is not responsible for any changes or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms that may affect parsing functionality.
